SEARCh Nurture Hub
At St Paul’s, we are committed to Learning in God’s Love, and our SEARCh Nurture Hub is one of the ways we live out that vision. Rooted in our values of Courage, Compassion and Community, the Hub provides extra support for children who may benefit from more focused help with their learning, emotions, social skills or confidence.
Working Together for the Best Outcomes
Every child at St Paul’s is nurtured and supported within their class. The SEARCh Nurture Hub does not replace this, but works alongside classroom teaching to give children what they need to succeed. The aim is always to increase each child’s confidence, progress and the amount of time they are able to be learning happily in their mainstream classroom.
For many children, the Hub is a short-term, targeted support that provides them with some of the skills they need to manage more successfully in class and beyond. Most return to their classroom more confident, resilient and ready to learn. Parents and carers are part of this journey too, ensuring that support is consistent and joined-up between school and home.

A Place to Grow in Confidence
The SEARCh Nurture Hub offers a calm, supportive environment where children can build the skills and confidence they need to thrive. By working closely with classroom staff and families, the Hub helps children strengthen relationships, grow in resilience and take positive steps in their learning journey.
At St Paul’s, every child’s journey matters. The SEARCh Nurture Hub helps ensure that all children can flourish in God’s love, equipped with the courage, compassion and sense of community they need to thrive.
